“We were notified that a large donated storage unit had to be vacated on very short notice due to renovations of the space. Karen, being responsible for inventory management, undertook this challenging move of amalgamating two storage units into one.
Every inventory item (from construction material & tools to furniture) had to be reclassified and reorganized. Numerous items had to be donated, reassigned, or recycled in order to fit all inventory into one storage unit. Karen measured and planned every inch of space in that unit to ensure the critical items (including shelving units) could fit and still be accessible. She even created a new itemized floor plan to assist us in locating items during busy project renovations.
This huge task was accomplished by Karen’s lead, with assistance from dedicated volunteers. What seemed insurmountable was orchestrated like a well-oiled machine and the move was even completed before the tight deadline. Amazing!”
